Basic Information

Scheduling a service call: We schedule service calls in 2-hour windows convenient to your schedule. We accept service requests by phone during our hours of operation, or at any time using our service request form.

Pricing: Our service call fee for residential HVAC is $65. For light commercial, we charge $85. For details, please see our pricing page.

Warranty: All new equipment we install is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically between 5 – 10 years. Additionally, we warranty all of our work (labor) for one year. For details, please see our warranty page.

Brands serviced: Amana, American Standard, Arcoaire, Bryant, Burnham, Carrier, Clare, Coleman, Comfortmaker, GE, Goodman, Frigidaire, Gibson, Goodman, Heil, Janitrol, Keeprite, Kelvinator, Lennox, Luxaire, Maytag, Olsen, Nortek, Payne, Rheem, Ruud, Tempstar, Trane, Weatherking, Westinghouse, York, and more.

Equipment serviced: Furnaces, air conditioners, evap coolers, heat pumps, water heaters, wall heaters, ventilation, residential & light commercial HVAC.

Service area: Our service area covers San Francisco, the Peninsula, and South Bay, down to San Jose.

Hours of operation: We run service calls from Monday – Saturday from 6am – 9pm and on Sunday from 8am – 8pm. Service requests can be made at any time using our service request form.
